The early Easter gift from Gramps brings back so many memories of when I was a child. Let me introduce you to Peep & Squeak. However, I do NOT remember how nasty they were and how much attention their little home needed on a daily basis or you couldn't stand to sit on the screen porch. The kids have loved them and treated them like real babies... Pushing them in strollers, bathing them, and rocking them to sleep oh and did I mention, Rylee held hers real close to the light to try and toast it and she spanked hers for pecking her.

Little Ms. Hollywood
Rylee participated in Kidsfest at Belk one weekend. She had so much fun getting pampered, picking out her new outfit to model, and playing games afterwards. She sure thought she was the star of the show and guess what? She was!!!

It's that time again...
Baseball is back in full swing. The Smoke played their first tournament of the season in Kingston. They played very well and won both games on Saturday and the championship game on Sunday. Tucker was still not himself, but maybe it is because he is just getting over strep. All in all they won all their games by more than 10 runs and brought home the medal and 1st place trophy. GO SMOKE!!!
Our Home that God Built
Our Home That God Built
We officially moved into our new home on Sunday, March 3rd 2013. Thanks to our friends and family the move wasn't to exhausting. We have been in our new home a week and it still feels like we are on vacation and will have to leave soon. We have almost everything unpacked except for all the pictures and other things we will decorate with. Needless to say that we know it will happen in time (probably this week during Spring Break). The rails still need to be put back on the front steps and back filling, if it ever dries out. We love everything about our new house and pray that it is always filled with God's love and presence.

The Final Weeks...
I know I have not posted like I should have but things slowed down at the new house and our lives got very busy trying to pack, do final things in preparing to move, and travel baseball starting back up. These are a few pictures that I wanted to share... Just a few things that took place in the final weeks.
Putting the mailbox up and seeing our new house number made it so surreal.
