Go skiing it will be fun they say.... We got a surprise day off from school so we headed to the slopes. We missed Tucker (baseball), but had a fun time, I think.

Just when you know you've done something right as parents
Tucker was asked to escort a "special" young lady out for basketball homecoming. I'll never forget our conversation when he text me that she had asked him and what he should say. After I started to tell him I think it would speak highly of his character he quickly interrupted and said, "Mom, I already told her yes." My heart just exploded with joy and pride. You see Tucker didn't care what people may say or think. He did what he knew in his heart was right. Here are some pictures we captured of her special night.

Happy #14 to Our Girl
Ry, January 17th is one of my most favorite days! It was the day 14 years ago the most loving, athletic, strong willed, moody little girl entered this world. This past year has been full of ups and downs, but the way you have handled it all makes me so proud. I pray you will always try to do what's right no matter what others think, I pray you will continue to have a compassionate heart for the less fortunate, and above all I pray you continue to seek God's will for your life. You have some big decisions to make over the next several months, but there is no doubt you will make the right one. Just ALWAYS know I will support you and be your number 1 fan! Love ya, sweet girl!
