Happy Birthday Grammy!

This morning we decided to make Grammy birthday cookies. I must have been missing teaching this morning because I had to turn it into a learning experience. We learned all about the letter "G" today. "G" for Grammy!!! Happy Birthday Grammy, hope you had a WONDERFUL day!

Father's Day

Better late than never... We got to enjoy Father's Day camping in Townsend. We had a wonderful time!
Below are a few pictures of Jeremy and the kids, spending some quality time together.

Jeremy~
I hope you had a wonderful Father's Day. You are such a good husband and daddy to Tucker and Rylee Kate. Thank you for being the Godly leader of our house and teaching our children that Jesus should be the most important thing in their life.

Daddy~
I am so blessed to have a daddy like the one I have. He loves me for who I am. He has raised me to always put my faith and trust in the Lord Jesus Christ and that is the best thing a daddy could do. Dad~ you are also a awesome Gramps to "Big T" and "Sissy Wissy". They love you so much and will one day be as thankful as I am for all the memories you help us make.

Our new pet!

Meet our pet turtle, Frankin. Gramps brought him home from the river this morning and the kids have fell in love with him. We will actually take him to Ni Ni's and let him go when we head to swim lessons.

Rylee is a little unsure about him, but Tucker is not scared at all.

Look what we grew!

As most of you read from a previous post, the kids and I planted a small garden in the back yard. So far it has done great! We had green onions but picked them last week and took them to church for a bean supper. This is what we picked this morning and we have tomatoes that will be ready soon. I am also anxiously awaiting the cucumbers.

Memorial Weekend Camping Trip!

Swimming at the campground!

Is hunting allowed in Cades Cove? Needless to say this was an eventful trip. Right as we entered Cades Cove, Tucker decided he needed to poop. Yes, he got to experience for the first time pooping in the woods. We also got in trouble by the park ranger for being on the tail gate. Whew! We finally made it back to the camp safe and sound.

Rylee looking for a bear to shoot. We did see several bear and deer this trip.

Megan and Tucker ready to fire!

Tucker and Gramps waiting on a big buck!
Below are few pictures from a restaurant in Townsend. We were suppose to go home to Zach's birthday party, however he got sick and the party was postponed. We had not brought anything to cook so we went out to eat. Here is the gang minus Jeremy (photographer) at the Backporch eating supper.

This is what happens after a loooong day at the pool...

Needless to say we had a great time. We will be heading out this Friday for a week of camping!

Just Gramps and Rylee Kate...

A cool night, A warm fire!

One cool evening we headed to Doos and Gramps for supper. Tucker just had to have a fire and Gramps jumped right up and they began gathering kindling. They built a fire and cooked hot dogs.

I wonder what Rylee is telling him???

Do you think their sticks are big enough for a weinee?

Wee Patch Graduation

This graduation actually took place in May but I am just getting around to posting it. Wee Patch is a Wednesday night program that our church has for the children. The kids learn memory verses, songs and Bible stories. At the end of the year they have a performance and a BIG celebration. Below are a few pictures of the kids that special night.
