Blessed Again!

I contacted my parent's neighbor, Leo, back in October just letting him know that Jeremy and I were interested in a small piece of land to build a house on if he ever thought about selling. He immediately responded, saying that he would talk to his wife and get back with us. One month passed, two months passed, three months passed and honestly I had given up. Mom and I decided that we would just join and pray that God would change his mind because that was the only hope in us getting to build out in the country. Well, the following morning (early March)when I checked my e-mail I had an e-mail from him saying ,"The more my wife and I have talked and thought about it we just feel something is telling us to sell you all an acre." I thought to myself it is God telling you! Tears came to my eyes and I called Jeremy and mom and forward the email straight to dad. We were all in shock! Later as we have talked more and more to Leo he has explained that they really had no intentions of selling but he was doing this for me and the kids so they could grow up beside their grandparents. Wow, we are so blessed! Pictures and more updates coming soon!

Basketball is over...

Basketball season has come to a close for this season, but we are already looking forward to next year. Rylee has complained all year about playing, often telling me to unsign her up because this is just not for her. She did improve, but I am not so sure this is for her. She came to me last week and said that she had a change of heart and she had decided that when she gets big she does want to play basketball. Tucker on the other hand loves every minute of it, well other than the fact I was his coach. I have decided for next year that he may do better without me coaching. In the meantime we will continuing practicing shooting ball at home in his bedroom, in the living room, outside on the garage, and on the trampoline. Yes, balls, balls EVERYWHERE!!! But I wouldn't change it for anything!

5yr. Check up

Rylee went for her 5 year check up today. She weighed in at a whopping 38lbs. and measured 42 inches tall. She didn't have to have school shots as I did them at 4yr. check-up, but she did have to have finger pricked and she was such a brave girl once again. Dr. Rob said, "You all have one healthy girl." We are very blessed!
