A little afternoon fun at the river

The kids enjoyed an evening on the river kayaking and fishing but I think Bo enjoyed it most of all.

Stars- Baseball

Baseball season was not quite what we had expected but it is what it is and we will learn and move forward.  Below are some pictures of Tucker's last game with the Knoxville Stars 11u team. The went 1-1 on Saturday and 3-0 on Sunday when they were finally named the USSSAA TripleA Champs.  Tucker not only played with 3 stitches and a swollen lip, but got cleated in the mouth. He stuffed gauze in and begged his daddy not to make him come out. You can also see what the siblings do on baseball weekends. We sure loved hanging with the family this baseball season!

Brody + Tuck= not good

Tucker took a head to the mouth during VBS family night. After lots of tears, pleads (to leave the hospital), 3 shots and 3 stitches we finally headed back home. This boy ended up playing 3 basketball games the day afterward and 5 baseball games that weekend. He's one tough kid when needs aren't involved.

Wearing blue seems quite odd but it's growing on us...

We spent a couple weeks in the gym this summer. Tucker made the SJHS basketball team as a 6th grader and we are super proud of him.  He had a great few days of camp even playing against his cousin.

Memorial Weekend Celebration

This wasn't quite the celebration we were expecting but it is what it is and we will do what ever we have to do to help Ty win his battle. We began the morning taking Ty and Amanda to the airport to catch a plane to Maryland.  On our way to pick them up we well Jeremy had to stop and save this fawns life.  Then we made it back to celebrate with food, swimming, and wiffle ball.

Rylee Kate- Basketball

Rylee Kate played basketball this summer and absolutely loved it. I hope she continues to love it.
