The Ripken Experience...

     We had a great weekend of baseball and camping. Tuck and the Flash team played in their first Ripken Experience tournament. It was a first class tourney and our team played very well. We won both games on Saturday against two pretty good teams but just couldn't get it going on Sunday and lost by 4 runs. Even though it didn't end the way we had hoped for the boys never lost their fight and determination and it is so evident that this is a special group.  On a side note Rylee Kate enjoyed some fun on the alpine coaster and at the Island!

Young Achiever 2016

Rylee Kate was nominated for young achiever 2016 by her 3rd grade teacher, Mrs.Edwards.  Rylee has worked very hard this year and has wanted this honor for a couple of years. We were so proud of her! We attended the banquet and then went to Cracker Barrel for dessert to celebrate!
