Christmas Vacation

Christmas vacation was an experience we will never forget! We decided this year since the kids are getting older that we would take them on a vacation this year instead of buying them presents. We thought and asked around and finally someone told us about Discovery Cove in Orlando. It was a warm, beachy destination with the option of swimming with dolphins. When we read reviews and researched this place we knew it was the place for us.  We left after school on a mid November Thursday and as soon as we got on the interstate we received a text that our plane was delayed 3 hours. We decided to go on and waste some of our time at the Chattanooga mall before heading to the airport. To make this story short we headed to the airport around 9pm and got word that someone had puked in our seats and we were being moved to the back row, the flight was delayed yet again. So instead of landing in Orlando at 10:30pm. we landed at 4:00am! We jumped in our rental car, drove 55 minutes to hotel, checked in, slept for 3 hours and took of to our full all inclusive day at Discovery Cove! We had the most absolutely amazing day ever and can't wait to go back again! The next day we went to Sea World and the last day we spent at Aquatica. What a fun filled vacation we had and will never forget all the memories we made.

Halloween 2015

Halloween 2015 was another fun night filled with new memories! Tucker wasn't to excited about dressing up and actually didn't decide to until Halloween Day. Rylee Kate was all about it! They enjoyed trick or treating and playing with their cousins. Tucker was even brave enough to go through a small haunted house down the street!

Last one of the year...

We had a wonderful Fall Break! We enjoyed a few days camping in the mountains. We waited to late to book it so we had to camp at KOA in Townsend. The kids weren't happy but we made the best of it. We had a fun time cooking over the fire, playing on the playground, climbing trees, bike riding, and even enjoyed a 5 mile hike to Abrams Falls. We are already counting down until our next camping trip!

Celebrating one amazing Mom

We celebrated this amazing Mom and Doosie on October 1st. She is definitely one worth celebrating!

It's official

Tucker had a great time and learned a lot playing for the Bats baseball team this past year,  but the drive just got too much. In saying that we decided to join the Flash, which is Brody's team and the best part is they practice in L.C. Yes, we get to drive 10 minutes to practice and I'm loving it! Tuck is one excited boy!

Wedding Weekend

This past weekend was wedding weekend. My teaching partner got married October 3rd at a beautiful venue in Madisonville. Rylee Kate had the privilege of being the flower girl and she was a beautiful one at that. Although it was a rainy day the wedding still turned out perfect!
