Look who got pushed in the tub headfirst
Jeremy was starting to get kids in the bath while I was gathering pajamas, packing backpacks, and getting school clothes ready. I hear a yell and go into the bathroom and find this Wet Rat! Tucker leaned over the tub and Jeremy couldn't resist.
A Funny
Tonight, as the kids were walking through the house Tucker heard someone on TV. He asked his Dad what that guy was. Jeremy simply told him, "Tucker , that man is an auctioneer." "Tucker rubbed his throat and said, Oh that is because he has all that in here." I cracked up and thought it was so cute that he was relating oxygen to auctioneer and I didn't have the heart to tell him different. So we just all laid on the bed and laughed together.
Our New House- Wk.1
It has been several months coming, but the time is here that we begin this fun stressful journey. I look back over the last several months and I see disappointment after disappointment, however, one day I will understand why. As for now Jeremy, the kids and myself are thrilled to have started this process and know we are one week closer to moving into our new house. I have had several people over the last month asking how big our house was going to be and wondering what it was going to look like. Jeremy and I don't care to have the biggest house full of the nicest things, all we want is our family to be together in "our" new home. We know that this is just the house God had planned for us to build, He chose the perfect builder, on the perfect 1 acre ground, in His perfect time and for that we are thankful!

Here's to July, August, and September
So here is to our July, August, and now September. Tucker has been playing baseball 2 nights a week and on weekends for the last couple of months. He began playing with the Lightning and then Jeremy and I decided it would be in his best interest for him to play with and against some tougher competition so he has now joined "The Smoke" from Athens/ Meigs. I must say it is not easy driving to Athens or Meigs for practice and then to Cleveland once a week for games, but Tucker is enjoying baseball again and his coaches have been great. In the meantime the last 2 weekends a team from Sweetwater/ Madisonville, "The Naturals" has picked him up for a couple of tournaments. This little team is young, but a very talented bunch of boys. The Naturals actually were the Labor Day Slam Champions. Tucker has had a fun time playing so many games, but has enjoyed getting to know an all new bunch of boys. I was so impressed by his "Smoke" coach this past Thursday night. He got the boys together after the game and told them how proud he was of them and to make sure they each thanked their parents for taking time and money to bring them to play baseball. He then told them that God had blessed him with 10 boys who love to play ball and he wanted them to pray and thank God for what he had been given. This was such a sweet time.

Olympics 2012
We had a 4 week Olympic Theme unit on Wednesday nights. The kids learned about being good sports, being prepared, how to do your best all the time, and many other qualities that I hope each one of these children take with them in the years to come. It was a true blessing to see and hear what all the kids have learned the past few weeks.
Sportsman Day
What a beautiful afternoon for a fun filled day at Prospect Church for Sportsman Day. The kids enjoyed shooting bow and arrows, face painting and shooting skeets. Even though we didn't win much (except for Rylee's Dora fishing rod) we had a fun time.
