Christmas Stop #2= Docs

Some of my most fondest Christmas memories were made at Nannie and Docs. We still have a wonderful time when we celebrate Christmas there, but it is nothing like when Nannie was with us. My kids still get a little taste of "memory making" McNabb style and I am glad they do. We usually begin the evening with attending the candlelight service at church and then head on to Doc's for dinner and a time for visiting and catching up with everyone (Marci & Paul). We sing our yearly 12 Days of Christmas and sometimes play the animal game (if the kids will let us) and then it is to the gift exchange. The kids love opening presents, but love the paper fight afterwards!!! We are so blessed to still have Doc with us and to be able to celebrate as a family.

Santa Came!!!

Well Santa came and went, but not without leaving full stockings and loads of toys! The kids had a wonderful Christmas and got almost everything they wanted except for the exception of a $130 Power Ranger toy that Tucker really needed, however, Santa knew that it would never be played with so he overlooked it. Mean Santa!!! Rylee received a voice activated journal, Barbie and her horse, Twilight Movies,, Cinderella, a moped for her American Girl (that Grammie got her), Butterscotch, and much more. Tucker's favorite gift was his J.T. Splatmaster paintball gun and target. He also got 2 hunting sets, camo walkie talkies, TN hoodie, camo boots, and much more. We often take for granted buying Christmas for our kids, but I feel truly blessed and honored to be able to give the kids most anything they want.

Merry Christmas

Cookin' Up Christmas

The children of Central Baptist presented "Cookin' Up Christmas". Tucker starred as "Alfred" and Rylee wasn't a specific star, but she did have a speaking part. The kids did great and the play truly told of the TRUE meaning of Christmas in a fun way!!!
