Christmas Stop #4= Grammie's & Papaws

Well, we were so looking forward to a more normal Christmas this year with Grammie & Papaw, since last year Mamaw Della passed away on Christmas Day, however, Rylee Kate spiked a fever and so it is what it is. The fever came on so quick and was a 102.3 before we even knew she had one. We quickly gave her meds and tried to cool her down so she would feel like opening her American Girl. She was feeling much better after about 30 minutes and the gift giving began. Tucker was so anxious to open up that Nintendo 3d DS. The kids had a wonderful time opening presents and spending the night at Grammie's together and playing more the next day, however, for Rylee she had to come home with us and she paid a visit to Dr. Rob the next day.

Christmas Stop #3 = Doosie & Gramps

We got to Doosie and Gramps around 10 and immediately changed into our pjs and played some games. Of course Tucker and Gramps did their own thing (played Battleship) while the rest of us tried out a new game. After play time we all crashed! We got up the next morning and opened presents, ate a huge breakfast, walked over to check out our house to see if it passes my brothers detailed inspection, Jay got to visit with an old friend who he hadn't seen in 18 years, we cleaned up while Tucker and Gramps shot more arrows and off we were to get ready for the final stop. Enjoyed our time spent with my family.
