"God will NEVER put more on you than you can handle"

Let me begin by saying THIS IS NOT A JOKE! Rylee has fractured her wrist in 2 places. She was climbing a river bank yesterday afternoon and fell. She cried a little and seemed fine last night. However, this morning was a different story. We headed early this morning to the orthopedic doctor to have Tucker's cast removed and noticed Rylee wouldn't use her hand at all. She said it hurt a little when she twisted but no big deal. Jeremy and I decided we better have her checked because she did not seem to get any better throughout the day. Dr. Rob told us almost immediately that is was broke, but we did x-rays to make sure. He called us back to take a look at the pictures and he said, "Just remember God will never put more on you than you can handle." Jeremy and I suddenly realized that it was not good news. We found out she had a double buckle fracture in her wrist and it would require a cast. Dr.Rob put a temporary cast on it until we go back to the orthopedic Monday. You know it stinks having a child in a cast and the other in a splint, but I am so thankful that what my kids have had to deal with this summer is only temporary. It could be so much worse, but God has taken care of us and we will play the hand we have been dealt and hope we have a chance to use this for the glory of Him.
Oh and did I mention Jeremy has been stopped dipping for almost 3 weeks now and Satan just really knows how to kick you while you are down. DARN HIM!!!!!!!

Our little princess with her temporary cast!
